It’s a new year and I am back on track with living a more fit life. In November last year, I started running in the mornings. It was all good until I had to go on vacay – Story for another day.
In the spirit of new practices, I have found the best Zumba workout yet. This routine is done to the very upbeat ‘Waka Waka‘ track by Shakira and there is no doubt that you’ll love it.
I tried this workout yesterday and I kid you not, I was exhausted after two reps. For someone who could dance non-stop for hours, it’s quite embarrassing. Hopefully, I will return to my fit self soon. Note; I said fit not skinny.
