It is the second day of my Detox Diet and I have to say, Day 1 was NOT easy at all. I didn’t allow myself get hungry, but I had major cravings for food and the fact that my mum fried some fish didn’t help at all. I was literally battling with myself not to eat anything and I’m proud to say, I’m Victorious :D.
All vegetables. You are encouraged to eat until you are stuffed with all the raw and cooked vegetables of your choice. Avoid oil and coconut while cooking vegetables. Have large boiled potatoes for breakfast.
For breakfast I made a potatoe porridge with tomatoe paste and the veggies I could lay my hands on. Lettuce, cabbage, carrot and green pepper.
I’m hoping today will be easier than yesterday and hopefully I’ll be too busy to even notice either way. 🙂
